The Moving Forward Nursing Home Quality Coalition is seeking participation from nursing homes to collect information from providers who have made or are considering making changes to their physical plant.

The Moving Forward Coalition is a national organization consisting of providers, care partners, care workers, nursing home residents, family members, and national experts. The organization is currently working on an initiative to promote policies that will incentivize investment in nursing home physical plant improvements.

The coalition has created a brief, 5-question survey to help inform their efforts on policy related to helping nursing homes improve or upgrade physical plants, including potential incentives for providers to renovate buildings.
