Education Proposal Submission Form

WHCA/WICAL IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING EDUCATION SUBMISSIONS FOR THE 2024 FALL CONVENTION & EXPO

Submit your education/session proposal before June 7, 2024! 

WHCA/WiCAL solicits educational program proposals on a rolling basis and is always accepting applications for presentations, including webinars, in-person workshops, and Spring Conference and Fall Convention programming! Please click on the link above to submit your proposal. If you have additional questions, please direct them to Jena Jackson, Vice President of Business Development, at jena@whcawical.org. Requests for Presentation will be reviewed for inclusion at our Conferences and Conventions and other educational programs offered throughout the year. All presentations will be kept on file.

SPONSORSHIPS

Please review the above-linked Partnership Guide for current sponsorship opportunities (pages 11-13). All sponsorships are offered & available to WHCA/WiCAL Partners; non-Partners are excluded from sponsorship opportunities. Details and descriptions of these various sponsorships are provided on the applicable event landing page and/or made available at the time the event is opened for registration. All sponsorships include sponsor recognition leading up to the event, during the event, and post-event. Additionally, sponsors receive an attendee listing for the sponsored event. Sponsors also have the opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with provider leadership and executives. The more exclusive events, like the CEO Summit and Women of LTC Symposium, provide sponsors lucrative networking opportunities with key leaders and decision makers from the LTC sector.

NEWSLETTERS AND ELECTRONIC PUBLICATIONS

WHCA/WiCAL electronic communications are distributed to all members, partners, and key decision makers at both the state and federal levels. Advertisement opportunities include, but are not limited to, guest columns or articles, photo/logo-only advertisement, photo/logo + content, and banner advertisements.
