Register for Free WisCaregiver Careers Mentorship Webinars

This week, WisCaregiver Careers hosted the first of three free webinars designed to help long-term care providers implement a peer-to-peer CNA mentorship program.  Our mentorship experts shared their successful model structure which was developed in the long-term care setting, and participants learned about mentorship program tools available to them through WisCaregiver Careers. Our experts saw CNA retention rates grow from 49% to 87% when using this proven model.  Transform your CNA recruitment, retention, and care today with a WisCaregiver Mentor Program.

If you were not able to attend and are still interested, do not worry. Check out the online mentorship resources folder where you can access webinar recordings, presentation slides, and materials you can use to get started with your new or improved peer-to-peer CNA mentorship program.

The folder is not password protected, so please do not distribute the link or materials outside of the Wisconsin long-term care community.
