Reminder for all WCCEAL Members:

It is time to generate the annual resident Satisfaction Survey and distribute it to your residents. The surveys are due to WCCEAL by April 15th, 2024.

Reminder: If you need pre-posted survey return envelopes, please let Taylor know!

How to Generate the Annual Satisfaction Survey:

• Click Here: https://qid.wisc.edu/login/index.php and use your login credentials
• Click the eQuality Tab at the top center of website
• Click the Surveys Tab
• Click the Go To Satisfaction Survey Generation button
• Select if you would like to generate a 1 page or 2 page version
• Click Save and Generate Survey PDF

Surveys can be returned individually in the pre-posted envelopes mentioned above or can be mailed in bulk to the following address:

New this year: Surveys can also be scanned and emailed to wcceal@qid.wisc.edu (please include ALC name and license number in the file name).
