Unfortunately, in Wisconsin, we are continuing to see COVID infections increase, not only in the population at large but also in our facilities.  Our friends and colleagues from the DON Council recently learned that the federal department of Health and Human Services (HHS) still has a limited number of free COVID test kits available.  To access this opportunity, please email tdx@hhs.gov .  A facility will need to provide the following information:

• A copy of your facility’s current CLIA waiver
• The name and address of your facility
• Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Home?
• The name, e-mail and phone number of your facility point of contact
• The number of employees in your facility
• The number of tests per week you require
