WHCA/WiCAL is pleased to continue the tradition of celebrating the amazing work and steadfast dedication of Wisconsin’s long-term care providers with the 2023 Shining Star Awards. Shining Stars will be awarded in the following categories: Leadership, Director of Nursing, Direct Caregiver, and Support Staff. Submit your Shining Star nominations by September 15. All members and partners are encouraged to submit nominations under any category and multiple nominations from a facility are welcomed! The 2023 Shining Star recipients will be honored during the Awards Ceremony & Luncheon on October 19, 2023, as the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake. The recipients may bring up to 7 guests to celebrate and share in this prestigious recognition. All Shining Star recipients and nominees will be recognized online and within a future issue of CareConnection.
