Webinar number two will focus on identifying PHM opportunities and taking action. Participants will hear from IOs currently involved in PHM provide insight on their reasons for participating, impacts to their core business, challenges and successes. From this webinar participants will be able to:

1. Describe the experiences of IOs in PHM models
2. Explain how to identify opportunities for participation in their own markets and take action
3. Discuss the potential benefits and challenges of IO participation in PHM
