Nursing Home providers and stakeholders are invited to attend a webinar hosted by the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA). During this webinar, the DQA will provide information on Phase 3 updates to the federal regulations and updates to State Operations Manual Chapter 5 related to complaints and facility reported incidents.

WHCA/WiCAL has also requested that DQA address recent changes to CDC/CMS guidance on infection control, including to visitation and testing policies.

This important webinar will be held from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
