Thank You FORE Supporting the 2025 MacKenzie Classic

The 2025 MacKenzie Classic was held on July 21 at The Oaks Golf Course, bringing together supporters from across the long-term care community. This annual golf outing raises vital funds for the MacKenzie Scholarship, which supports students pursuing careers in long-term care, WHCA/WiCAL Leadership Academy participants, and staff from member facilities advancing their education. To date, nearly $200,000 in scholarships have been awarded. Thanks to your generous sponsorship and participation, WHCA/WiCAL can continue this important tradition—awarding $10,000 annually to students graduating from the UW–Eau Claire Health Care Administration program, $500 to each Leadership Academy participant, and $1,000 education advancement scholarships to long-term care professionals across the state.
