The Wisconsin Health Care Association and Wisconsin Center for Assisted Living offer a variety of educational programs across spectrum of skilled nursing in the clinical, administrative and finance categories. The assurance and improvement of quality care is the driving force behind all WHCA/WiCAL programming.

Preventing burnout and turnover starts by supporting staff with the right tools for the job. WHCA/WiCAL partnered with mental health service provider Behavioral Care Solutions in 2021 to give our members ready-to-share webinars to support staff’s skill with and understanding of mental health issues in older/disabled adults.
Targeted toward the caregiving audience, these member benefit webinars can be shared directly with your front-line caregivers or be used as a “train-the-trainer” resource for nursing management.
