The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is a rigorous three-level process that evaluates long term care organizations capabilities against nationally recognized standards for excellence, making it one of the most comprehensive and cost-effective performance assessments available to providers.
Level 1: Bronze Award – Commitment to Quality
The goal of this award level is to provide applicants with the tools and resources they need to achieve performance improvement.
Level 2: Silver Award – Achievement in Quality
At this level, applicants continue to learn and develop effective approaches that help improve performance and health care outcomes.
Level 3: Gold Award – Excellence in Quality
At this level, applicants must show superior performance in areas of the criteria including leadership, strategic planning, and customer and staff satisfaction.
WHCA/WiCAL in partnership with other AHCA/NCAL state affiliates, presents a Bronze, Silver and Gold Quality Award virtual workshop series. These workshops will help you better understand how to complete the application from beginning to end with coaching support along the way from our expert trainers. Participants must attend each/all workshops applicable to their award category.
Since we are collaborating with other states, WHCA/WiCAL is able to offer members this exclusive education at a significantly reduced rate. Pricing is per facility.
Gold Workshop: $299 | Silver Workshop: $199 | Bronze Workshop: $129
Workshops and office hours are hosted virtually. Registered participants will receive the meeting link one week prior to each session.
