ForwardHealth Adult LTC Provider Enrollment Training Sessions
DHS is hosting early training opportunities for providers to learn how to use the ForwardHealth adult long term care waiver services provider enrollment application. Here are the details:
Who should attend: Provider agency staff who will enter information into ForwardHealth.
When: Tuesday, August 27th 9:30-11am or Thursday, August 29th 12:30-2p. The trainings will be the same, each individual will only need to attend one session.
