Champion Chef Showcases the Culture Behind Champion Care

At Champion Care, we are committed to operating at the highest standard – not only in the clinical care we provide, but in the culture we build and the communities we strengthen. Champion Chef is another powerful example of how we continue to raise that standard.

Champion Chef is a company-wide culinary competition designed to bring together our residents, staff, and communities through creativity, teamwork, and shared experience. This four-round competition, featuring over $10,000 in prizes, showcases the extraordinary relationships within our buildings and reinforces the culture that sets Champion Care apart.

Each facility may form a team of up to seven participants, collaborating to prepare and present their dishes. Teams submit photos and video footage, which are evaluated based on plating and presentation, along with judge scoring for taste, creativity, and execution. Our judges include respected community leaders, mayors, hospital partners, and local professionals, strengthening the connection between our buildings and the communities we serve.

This competition is about more than cooking – it reflects who we are. It demonstrates that Champion Care goes beyond providing exceptional healthcare; we create environments filled with engagement, pride, and purpose.

The final round will culminate in a live championship event at a professional studio, where finalists will compete for the title of Champion Chef.
