Family Care MCOs Holding Final WHCA/WiCAL Member Q&A Session Next Week on November 5
The new Family Care Minimum Fee Schedule (MFS) officially went into effect on October 1, 2024. While rates will be retroactive to that date, MCOs will not have completed contracts and updated payment systems for a few more months. Lakeland Care held a session for WHCA/WiCAL members, and we scheduled similar sessions with the remaining Family Care MCOs. These allow the MCO to explain any changes to their contracts for the MFS implementation and allow members to ask any questions they have.
