The net proceeds from this event benefit the MacKenzie Scholarship Fund – please help us reach our $10,000 goal!
The annual MacKenzie Classic golf tournament is a charitable fundraiser benefiting the George F. MacKenzie scholarship fund. The George F. MacKenzie Scholarship Fund supports individuals pursuing long term care careers and individuals advancing their career path and education practicum within the post-acute care sector.
Over the years, we have raised and awarded over $225,000 in scholarships to students from the UW Eau Claire Heath Care Administration CHAASE program, member facility staff advancing their careers, Leadership Academy students, and more. Your participation and sponsorship of the MacKenzie Classic enables WHCA/WiCAL to continue its tradition of awarding these scholarships and supporting the future of long term care.
Registration for the MacKenzie Classic is open to all WHCA/WiCAL member facilities and business partners, including their friends and families. All skill levels welcomed and encouraged to participate. It is FUN & casual day supporting a great cause!
