The Wisconsin Initiative for Long‑term Care Quality Advancement and Leadership (WiLQAL) has already enrolled 10 assisted living communities and is now recruiting the final 25 participating providers statewide. Enrollment will close on March 31, 2026, or sooner if capacity is reached.
Participation in WiLQAL is provided at no cost to participating facilities. This initiative is fully funded by MetaStar, a nonprofit organization, because we believe this work is needed and essential to support strong quality systems, staff engagement, and resident safety across Wisconsin’s assisted living communities.
Participating providers receive individualized, data‑driven quality improvement support, including onsite technical assistance, hands‑on coaching, structured check‑ins, and guidance using the LOCK(S) improvement framework to create sustainable change.
This opportunity is first‑come, first‑served and limited to a total of 35 participants statewide.
