Share your CoreQ Story – AHCA/NCAL CEC CoreQ Survey

AHCA/NCAL is launching the data collection phase of the CEC CoreQ Subcommittee’s “Journey to Using and Implementing CoreQ” initiative. This initiative is designed to highlight the experiences, strategies, successes, and lessons learned from communities engaging in CoreQ implementation. In addition to providing this helpful feedback, participating facilities may also be featured in an upcoming AHCA/NCAL blog post series highlighting real-work experiences and best practices.

For those interested in participating, the survey is available here.

The initial deadline for submission is Friday, July 31, 2026 at 5pm EST, 4pm CST; however sooner submissions are greatly appreciated.
