We want to know what went well and what went poorly. We are interested not only in any deficiencies sited but also the knowledge, courtesy and professionalism of the survey team.
To our assisted living center members: We have not forgotten about you! Eric and Rick welcome any feedback that you wish to provide about your survey experience. We remain vigilant to ensure that the assisted living regulatory environment does not devolve into the current nursing home regulatory environment.
