From the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA): March Educational and Workshop Opportunity to learn about the DQA Provider Portal
In February, we alerted members to the importance of learning to use the DQA Provider Portal which was launched in December 2025. The online Provider Portal is to be used for licensure/certification, background checks, applications, renewals and certification amendments. DQA will be repeating its “how to” February webinar on Wednesday, March 11th from 2-3 pm Central Time. Details are set forth below. The webinar will provide an overview of the portal and how to navigate the system. While the March 11th webinar is “billed” as being intended specifically for “Personal Care Agencies”, portal use is being implemented in phases and, therefore, will ultimately apply to all 40+ health care entities under DQA’s jurisdiction.
