WiCAL Members — PEAL Participation Packet Now Available

All new and existing PEAL members should have received the brand new WiCAL PEAL Participation Packet. This packet will act as a guide to the program and contains valuable information such as: background information on PEAL and WCCEAL, sample data submission forms and directions, membership benefits, important dates, and frequently asked questions. This packet is also now available on our website.

New PEAL member facilities should have also received a confirmation e-mail from WCCEAL containing your username and temporary password. This information creates your new WCCEAL account that you will use to submit quality improvement variables, the annual resident satisfaction survey, and to view comparison reports.

If you have not received a PEAL Participation Packet or a WCCEAL username, please contact Project Coordinator, Kelsey Mueller at policy_intern@whcawical.org

PEAL members can currently SAVE* their quality improvement variables for Quarter 3 in WCCEAL. These variables can be submitted between October 1 and October 15. For step-by-step instructions to submit QI Variables, please view the new PEAL Participation Packet.

Thank you for contributing to the WCCEAL mission: Excellence in Wisconsin assisted living through internal quality improvement.

For additional information or questions about the PEAL program, please contact WiCAL’s Executive Director, Brian Purtell at bpurtell@whcawical.org or Project Coordinator, Kelsey Mueller at policy_intern@whcawical.org.

*PLEASE NOTE: Data can be SAVED BEFORE the Submit period for your convenience to allow participants ample time to enter in data. However, you CANNOT SUBMIT until the specified date. Participants must log in and submit the saved data accordingly.
