WHCA/WiCAL Seeks Clinicians for Education, Quality Committees

WHCA/WiCAL is currently requesting applicants for committee appointments. Your association is seeking three facility clinicians (AL or SNF) to sit on the Education Committee and three to sit on the Quality Committee.

The Education Committee will focus efforts on the development of educational offerings, including Spring Conference and Fall Convention.  The Quality Committee will focus on advancing the Quality Award program and clinical practice issues affecting the long-term care profession.

Meetings will be approximately every other month via teleconference and in person meetings will occur during Spring Conference and Fall Convention (Education Committee meetings may increase in frequency as important educational deadlines approach.)  Terms will last 2 years.

If you are a SW, a Nurse, a Therapist or Therapeutic Rec specialist and you’d like to serve the WHCA/WiCAL membership, please reach out to Tina Belongia: tina@whcawical.org
