DHS announces important grant opportunity for assisted living centers that provide home and community-based services
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) announced this week a new grant opportunity that is open to all assisted living centers (AFH, RCAC, CBRFs, etc.) that offer Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).
$10-15 million will be available for distribution, with individual grants ranging from $25,000 to $2 million. Applications will open August 11.
