Wisconsin has elected to collect Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) codes on Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) assessments effective October 1, 2020. Please see Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ technical specifications for more information.
Wisconsin will use the additional acuity information collected to inform future Medicaid payment model decisions.
