Bureau of Assisted Living Announces Assisted Living Consumer Town Halls

The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) has announced six consumer town hall meetings that will take place after each Assisted Living Forum. The intended audience for these town hall meetings includes current/future residents of assisted living facilities, family members, and legal representatives. The first town hall meeting will take place on January 29, 2019 from 2:30–4:00 p.m. in Milwaukee. Future meetings will be held at various locations across the state.  The BAL has asked that ALFs share this information with residents and family members.  More information can be found HERE.

Alfred Johnson, Director of the Bureau of Assisted Living says that the “BAL is transforming the way we engage Wisconsin citizens who use DQA regulated assisted living facilities. These town hall meetings will enhance our ability to hear from the people who utilize these services.”
