The Wisconsin Health Care Association and the Wisconsin Center for Assisted Living (WHCA/WiCAL) seeks applicants for a Quality Advancement and Regulatory Affairs Director.
This position will play an integral role in the services provided to the member facilities of Wisconsin’s most representative long-term care trade association. This exciting new position will assist members in advancing their facility’s quality plan.
The Quality Advancement and Regulatory Affairs Director will be a valuable resource to members in areas including a proposed new skilled nursing survey process, the launch of a three-phase overhaul of the Requirements of Participation, and significant payment reforms connected to clinical quality.
The selected candidate for the WHCA/WiCAL Quality Advancement and Regulatory Affairs Director position will receive competitive pay and benefits. Among other responsibilities, the selected applicant will be responsible for:
- Developing a comprehensive quality improvement program for WHCA/WiCAL.
- Providing an array of member services designed to assist in regulatory matters, compliance, and clinical support.
- Serving as the staff lead for the WHCA/WiCAL Quality Advancement Committees.
