Join DQA for Virtual Workshops in November!

The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), in partnership with the UW Oshkosh Center for Community Development, Engagement and Training (UWO CCDET), continues the Fall Workshop Series with events in early November.

Visit our Events page for details and registration. Registration closes seven calendar days before each workshop.

Early registration helps ensure sessions can run as planned. If a session must be canceled due to low enrollment, we’ll do our best to offer you a spot in a future workshop.

November Virtual Workshops

  • November 4 – 5 Steps to Caregiver Background Checks: A step-by-step guide for completing background checks in all DQA-regulated settings.
  • November 6 – Caregivers SOAR! Learn strategies to promote caregiver satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • November 13 – Investigating & Reporting Allegations of Misconduct for State Providers: Ensure investigations and reports meet DQA requirements in state-licensed and certified facilities, including assisted living, home care, and behavioral health providers.

For more information, visit the Wisconsin Caregiver Training Project .

CCDET staff will also be exhibiting and presenting at the DQA FOCUS Conference in November — we hope to see you there!
