WisCaregiver Careers CNA Mentoring Webinar Series
WisCaregiver Careers CNA Mentoring Webinar Series
WisCaregiver Careers is a workforce development program administered by the Wisconsin Health Care Association and LeadingAge Wisconsin designed to address the CNA shortage in Wisconsin nursing homes by providing free training, free certification testing, and $500 sign-on or retention bonuses.
This week, WisCaregiver Careers hosted a How to Train CNA Mentors webinar, the second free webinar in the three-part series designed to help long-term care providers implement a peer-to-peer CNA mentorship program. Our mentorship experts walked through the full training with enthusiastic participation and interactive learning.
If you were not able to attend and are still interested, do not worry. Check out the online mentorship resources folder where you can access webinar recordings, presentation slides, and materials you can use to get started with your new or improved peer-to-peer CNA mentorship program.
The folder is not password protected, so please do not distribute the link or materials outside of the Wisconsin long-term care community.
