WCCEAL Reminder: Resident Satisfaction Surveys Due Soon – Mail-In Deadline Next Week!

Just a friendly reminder that resident satisfaction surveys are due next week if you’re returning them by mail!
To make the process as easy as possible, you can choose from three convenient return options this year. Please review the details below and select the option(s) that work best for your community:

1. Mail
Surveys can be returned via U.S. mail using pre-posted envelopes or bulk mailing.
Important: If you need additional pre-posted return envelopes, please let Taylor know by noon today!

2. Online Submission
Residents, resident helpers, or ALC staff may complete surveys online using the link provided in the instruction sheet.
ALC staff can also submit all surveys for their location using the “Submit Surveys for this ALC” button on the WCCEAL website.
Note: Online submissions may not appear immediately in the eQuality: WCCEAL system.
Deadline: May 7, 2025
3. Email
Scanned surveys can be emailed to survey@qid.wisc.edu.
Please include your ALC name and license number in the file name.
Deadline: May 7, 2025
You may use a mix of return methods, but please do not submit the same survey more than once (e.g., both paper and email).
