Dates, Time and Locations for Spring Regional Nursing Home In-Person Forums – Please attend

In partnership with the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) and LeadingAge Wisconsin, we are pleased to announce the dates, time and locations for the Spring Nursing Home Regional Forums.  The time for all of the forums will be 10:00 am – Noon.  All will be in person.  We are sorry but there will not be a remote option.  The dates and locations for each forum will be:

• Thursday, April 23^rd – Southeast Region – Luther Manor’s Faith and Life Center, 4545 N. 92^nd Street, Wauwatosa, WI 53225;
• Tuesday, April 28^th – Southern Region – State Capitol in Madison, Room 412 East (Joint Finance Committee Hearing Room);
• Wednesday, April 29^th – Northwest Region – Dove Healthcare, West Eau Claire, 1405 Truax Blvd., Eau Claire, WI 54703; and
• Thursday, April 30^th – Northeast Region – Good Shephard Nursing Home, 607 E. Bronson Road, Seymour, WI 54165.
