Nursing Facility Mandatory Minimum Staffing Rule – Expanded Facility Assessment – Important New Resource
In the last edition of CareConnection we reported that CMS has published its guidance on the expanded facility assessment. The expanded facility assessment requirement takes effect on August 8, 2024. We enclosed initial additional guidance from our national affiliate, AHCA/NCAL, and advised that additional guidance and resources would be forthcoming.
