Important DQA webinar on new Provider Portal
In December 2025, the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) launched its online Provider Portal for licensure/certification, background checks, applications, renewals and certification amendments. The Division will be holding a webinar on Monday, February 9, 2026 from 1-2 CST that will provide an overview of the portal and how to navigate the system. Details are set forth below. While Monday’s webinar is “billed” as being intended specifically for “Personal Care Agencies”, portal use is being implemented in phases and, therefore, will ultimately apply to all 40+ health care entities under DQA’s jurisdiction.
