Dear members,

We want to again bring to your attention the need to pre-register on MyWisconsin ID to ensure continued access to the Division of Quality Assurance’s (DQA) Misconduct Reporting System.  While DQA has recommended that pre-registration take place on or before February 28th, it is not a deadline.  But please pre-register as soon as possible so that you do not experience a service interruption when the transition from WILMS to MyWisconsin ID takes effect on March 19thAlso very important, My Wisconsin ID registration is unique to the person; not to your facility.  Therefore, any one who needs access to the Misconduct Reporting System needs to register with MyWisconsin ID.

Several members have asked why the change from WILMS to MyWisconsin ID? Answer: The Wisconsin Department of Administration directed DQA to make the switch because of MyWisconsin ID’s enhanced information security. MyWisconsin ID will require a multi-factor authentication to access the sensitive personal information within the Misconduct Reporting System
