Wisconsin Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance April Meeting

The Wisconsin Long-Term Care Workforce Alliance will hold one of the organization’s regular Membership Meetings on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Community Living Alliance building in Madison, WI.

Agenda:

12:00-12:30pm – Lunch, Registration & Welcome (a sandwich buffet will be served for lunch at 12:00 pm)

12:30-1:00pm – Michelle Roach, WLTCWA Marketing Coordinator will discuss new marketing strategies

1:00-2:00pm – Heather Smith, Medicaid Director and Administrator of Medicaid Services, Division of Medicaid Services, Department of Health Services, will provide and update the WLTCWA on Wisconsin Medicaid Services

2:00-3:00pm – Kevin Coughlin, Policy Initiative Advisor-Executive, Division of Medicaid Services, Department of Health Services, will present on the Wisconsin Caregiver Career Program which has the goal of hiring 3,000 CNAs in long term care

3:00pm – Closing/Wrap-up

Alliance lunches and meetings for an Individual Member or for one person from an Organization Member are part of the 2018 membership fee as a benefit! Also, if the Organization has paid the membership fee for an additional person, lunches and meetings are included. As always, Alliance membership and lunches/meetings are free for Direct Care Workers.
