QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

Analyze case files and documentation with thorough attention to detail
Provide written/verbal feedback to provider agencies to enhance compliance and service quality
Participate in extensive training on expectations and DHS 36 to assure understanding and accuracy of knowledge
Facilitate in-person training on regulations, standards to improve the quality of service, and documentation to CCS providers and county service facilitators
Ensure safe work practices
Perform other duties as assigned
