Nursing Home Administrator

– Oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility, including budgeting and financial management.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including resident rights and care standards.
– Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
– Collaborate with medical professionals and other healthcare providers to coordinate resident care.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
– Manage the facility’s resources effectively, including staffing levels, supplies, and equipment.

– Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Experience in budgeting and financial acumen to effectively manage resources.
– Familiarity with nursing home regulations and best practices.
– Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
– NHA License in State of Wisconsin required

– 2+ years of experience, preferred
