HR/Payroll Specialist and A/P Position

Full time position available at privately owned long term care facility in Verona, WI. Experience with and understanding of ISolved and SageTime payroll and timekeeping systems preferred, working knowledge of Quickbooks, knowledge and understanding of governmental payroll reporting requirements (i.e., PBJ, ACA, EEOC) as well as 401(k) reporting requirements. Must be detail oriented and understand the processing of A/P and invoices. Confidentiality of information is required as well. Responsibilities also include timely enrollment of employees in health care plans as well as in 401(k).
