The services we provide require a dedicated staff that is committed to utilizing behavioral support programs, aiding with self care, or performing essential duties, while maintaining the consumer’s dignity.
Responsibilities
-Provide high quality, direct and telehealth AODA therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
-Clinical staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to, competence in diagnostic —
assessments, crisis situations, development of treatment plans using ASAM criteria, -30/60/90 day reviews, related file and paperwork, discharges, and follow-up services.
-Maintain a high level of professional and ethical practice as established through the state of Wisconsin and related professional organizations.
-Maintain and conduct practice consistent with overall philosophy of the agency.
-Consult with peers, supervisors, and other professionals regarding cases, treatment plans, interventions and approaches.
-Attend staff meetings and AODA supervision consistent with DHS 75.
-Communicate with referral sources in a timely manner.
-Demonstrated positive working relationships with clients, staff, and other professionals and the ability to work autonomously.
-Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with Agency policy and state requirements.
-Promote positive client relations consistent with healthy ethical boundaries.
-Provide consultation and education to the community as needed.
-Maintain all professional licensing requirements and continuing education credits as required.
-Complete agency training and review all company policy and procedures.
-Market agency products/services and provide community presentations as needed to build referral base.
-Maintain client confidentiality standard consistent with DHS 75 and HIPAA regulations.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
