Methods of Implementation for Nursing Homes for state fiscal year 2024 on the FowardHealth Portal. The Methods include the updated process and timelines for auditing nursing home cost reports and setting nursing home rates previously shared at the July 24, 2023, public meeting.

A memo has been sent to Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities regarding an upcoming survey that the Department of Health Services (DHS) will be conducting in partnership with several organizations. The survey will be in-person, of nursing home residents whose payer is Medicaid or other Medicaid programs. The participants will be randomly selected and notified.
