Dear DSPS Credential Holder,

This past week, your LicensE account subscription was upgraded in our system, part of a planned overall upgrade of LicensE accounts previously communicated to you.

This upgrade requires you to change the password associated with your LicensE account(s).

Please take this necessary action to reestablish access to your LicensE account.

Go to this link.

  • Click the “Change or Reset Password” button.
  • Enter your username.  (Your user name is contained in the email that you should have received from DSPS).

The password reset information will be sent to the email address linked to your account. Then simply reset your password.

If you have both an organization and an individual account, you will receive separate emails that may be received at different times during the subscription change period, which is scheduled to run from the first week of July through September. Similarly, if you have multiple organization accounts, you will receive separate emails for each account.

If you experience any issues resetting your password or if any of your account information is incorrect after the change, please submit a support ticket at this link with the Subject “Account Upgrade” and include a detailed description of the issue.
