The Hotline offers members access to experts who can provide compliant and up-to-date information on regulatory requirements. The Hotline serves as an avenue for clinical decision support from clinical experts who can offer advice on best practices, ensuring that care decisions are aligned with improving resident outcomes and current care standards. To receive prompt answers to your survey, regulatory, and clinical questions, a simple intake form will be completed. This also ensures full understanding of the scope of the question, concern, or situation. Submissions are first reviewed by WHCA/WiCAL staff and securely shared with dedicated Pathway Health professionals, should advanced, expert review and guidance be necessary.
