Important Information on Mandatory Provider Enrollment Revalidation and AHCA Hosted Webinars

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently issued an announcement in the MLN Connects newsletter that all skilled nursing facility (SNF) providers will receive off-cycle provider enrollment revalidation notices from their Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) to collect additional data on ownership, managerial, and related party information not previously required . This information is to be submitted in a new Appendix on the Form CMS-855A (09/24) version.

Please click here to read an article in CareConnection with more information about the requirement.

AHCA/NCAL will host two upcoming webinars to help skilled nursing providers and their vendors understand the Mandatory Off-cycle Revalidation process. This includes newly required additional party disclosures for certain vendors and property owners.

Registration for both webinars is required and is free for AHCA/NCAL provider members, vendors, and REIT partners. A recording of the webinars will be available on ahcancalED if you are unable to attend live.
