Thank You for your feedback!

Sincere thanks to those who were able to complete the 2024 Provider Needs Survey! Based on survey feedback over the last two years, CCDET has created new on-demand training courses, added training curriculum, and updated all courses to ensure materials are applicable to a variety of homecare, healthcare, and residential care settings. We look forward to using this year’s feedback to continue developing training materials to meet your needs. Stay tuned for new workshops this fall!

If you have any questions about any of these workshops or courses, please contact caregiver@uwosh.edu. We look forward to hearing from you!
