Wisconsin agencies invited to apply for no-cost COVID surplus items from DHS
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is inviting health care organizations, local and Tribal health departments, nonprofits, and government agencies to fill out a statewide survey to request no-cost surplus supplies from the DHS warehouse.

- Masks
- KN95s
- Coveralls
- Gowns
- Face shields
- Gloves
- Shoe covers
- Needles
- Bandages
- Thermometers
- Body bags
- Sharps containers
The survey is now available online.
The survey will close on September 30 at 4 p.m. DHS will review all orders, and DHS warehouse staff will be in touch regarding your request. In instances where demand exceeds supply, priority will be given to health care organizations. All supplies will then be shipped at no cost.
