DHS Offering at No Cost COVID Surplus Items
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is inviting health care organizations, including skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities, to complete a survey to request no-cost surplus supplies from the DHS warehouse. The DHS notice is set forth below in its entirety including the link to the survey. Response deadline is Monday, November 13th at 4:00 pm Central Time.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is inviting health care organizations, local and Tribal health departments, nonprofits, and government agencies to fill out a statewide survey to request no-cost surplus supplies from the DHS warehouse.

- Respirators
- Masks
- Gowns
- Face shields
- Gloves
- Shoe covers
- Needles
- Bandages
- Thermometers
- Body bags
- Triage tags
- Sharps containers
- Cots
- Paper towels
The survey is now available online.
The survey will close on November 13, at 4 p.m. DHS will review all orders, and DHS warehouse staff will be in touch regarding your request. Following the allocation of supplies, all requestors will be notified if they are to receive a shipment. All supplies will then be shipped at no cost.
