The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families has announced it will be accepting applications for its Partner Up and Dream Up Childcare Grant Programs February 28 – April 4, 2022.

The Partner Up! grant program will provide $10 million in funding to support partnerships between essential businesses who purchase slots at existing regulated childcare providers, with matched funding from DCF. Partner Up! can be used to increase childcare staff compensation, pay expenses, reserve full and part time childcare slots for local business employees, improve the quality of a childcare program, and more.

The Dream Up! grants focus on sustaining existing childcare and expanding it in areas where there is need through a community approach, which should include input from a wide variety of community members, including health care.
