The Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) provides informational videos for prospective providers who are opening a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) or an Adult Family Home (AFH). You will learn
- How to submit a licensure application, including the new Electronic Licensure application process.
- How to navigate licensing forms and processes.
- Key elements of CBRF and AFH operations, including program statements and more.
