Adult Family Home Webinar – April 5, 2022 – New Online Application via the e-Licensure System

The Bureau of Assisted Living (BAL) announced earlier today that effective April 1, 2022, online applications for Adult Family Homes (AFH) will be accepted via the e-Licensure system. AFH applicants are invited to attend a webinar on April 5, 2022, hosted by the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA). During this time, DQA staff will provide an overview of the new e-Licensure system specific to AFHs with instructions on how to navigate the system.

The e-Licensure system has simplified the application and payment process. System highlights include:

  • Ability to complete, sign and submit application online
  • Convenience in submitting payment online using a credit card or e-Cheque via the US Bank secure site and receive an email confirmation
  • Access to upload supporting documents

Please join on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, from 10:45-11:15 a.m.

Submit questions you would like addressed on the webinar by emailing them to no later than 12 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022.
