- Price: $1,250 for Partners | $1,500 for non-Partners
- Includes registration for up to two company representatives, an 8 ft x10 ft piped & draped expo hall booth in a carpeted hall with free Wi-Fi, one 8 ft table, two chairs, lunch and other hosted food/drink during Conference, access to all educational tracks, admission to all networking events, and the pre- and post-attendee listing with contact information
- Early Bird Registration Promotion: $250 discount if registered by 11:59 pm CST on December 31, 2025
- Location: KI Convention Center – Upper Level – Grand ABCDE
- The KI Convention Center features two loading bays with easy street-level access on Elm Street. The loading bays contain 16’ x 16’ overhead doors for easy load in and load out. Parking is available in the parking structure across the street at the Main Street Ramp. A skywalk on the second level brings you across the street into Hyatt Regency Green Bay and the KI Convention Center. - Expo Hours: Thursday, April 16 from 11 AM – 1:45 PM
- Set-up: Wednesday, April 15 from 7:00 – 8:00 PM and Thursday, April 16 from 7:30 AM – 10:45 AM
- Tear-down: Thursday, April 16 between 1:45 – 3:00 PM
- Valley Expo: Shipping and Booth Needs: Current exhibitors should have received an email from Valley Expo with the exhibitor kit portal access, where you can obtain shipping instructions, purchase booth customizations, and more. Each booth is 8 ft by 10 ft, with an 8 ft table and two chairs. The hall is carpeted and Wi-Fi is included. Valley Expo Contact: Jovana Krstic, jkrstic@valleyexpodisplays.com.

Sponsorship Opportunities
We offer an array of high-exposure and engaging sponsorships. Each sponsorship includes onsite signage, along with sponsorship recognition leading up and following Conference in CareConnection, on our website, on our socials. Additionally, all sponsorships include Conference registration for one company representative, unless otherwise noted. Additional staff can be registered for $399/person. Sponsors are granted full access to conference, all educational tracks, admission to both networking events, and will receive the pre-attendee listing.
- Quality Symposium Sponsor, $1,250 – Claimed by Guardant Health: includes a staffed 6ft table display in the Symposium event space. The Quality Symposium is hosted on April 15, from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the KI Convention Center.
- Wednesday Education Sponsor, $1,500 – includes a staffed 6ft or 8 ft display table in the education hall from 12:00 PM – 4:45 PM on April 15.
- Opening Keynote, $1,250 –Claimed by MedElite- includes a staffed table display inside or at the entrance of the session room

- Thursday Education Sponsor, $2,000: –Claimed by Impact Medical includes a staffed 6ft or 8ft display table in the education hall from 8:00 AM – 3:30 pm on April 16.
- Thursday Breakfast Sponsor, $1,750: includes staffed 6ft or 8ft display table near the breakfast buffet from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
- Thursday Lunch Sponsor, $3,500: includes sponsor tables/displays at the entrance to the Expo Hall and registration for two company representatives. Lunch is served to all conference attendees inside of the Expo Hall from 11 AM – 12:30 PM. You will be “exhibiting” from 11 AM – 1:45 PM.
- Food and Drink Sponsor, Thursday Networking Event, $3,500: incudes a staffed 6ft or 8 ft display table at the networking event from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM, and conference registration for two company representatives.
- Closing Ceremony Sponsor, $1,500: includes a 6ft or 8ft staffed display table inside of the closing ceremony and keynote hall from 8 AM – 11 AM on April 17.

If you are a WHCA/WiCAL Business Partner, and wish to attend and participate in Conference without a booth or sponsorship, we have a very limited number of partner registrations available! Only five non-booth/sponsor registrations are allotted for Spring Conference!
Details: $1,000/company and includes conference registration for up to two representatives. Additional representatives can be registered for $399/person.
