Networking & Social Events: We bring the FUN to Convention! Plan to attend both the Conference Kick-Off Party, on Wednesday, April 2 from 5:00 – 7:30 PM in the Hyatt Atrium and Dueling Pianos, on Thursday, April 3 from 5 – 7:30 PM at the KI Convention Center B1/B2. Both social events include hosted drinks and food and admission is included with your conference registration!
Expo Date/Time: April 3, from 11:15 AM – 1:45 PM in Grand ABCDE on the 2nd level of the KI Convention Center. Lunch provided to all attendees inside the Expo Hall. Complete your Golden Ticket to win one of three $500 cash prizes – awarded during the Expo! Visit & network with our amazing partners and vendors to learn about new long term care products, services, innovations.
Education: With an array of learning opportunities and fully interactive programs, WHCA/WiCAL will ensure you have an amazing educational experience! Add on the three-hour pre-Conference Life Safety workshop to your conference registration for just $99/person! The pre-Conference Workshop is hosted from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 2. The Conference education sessions begin at 1 PM on Wednesday, April 2 and conclude with the closing keynote, A Referee’s Guide too Leadership, on Friday, April 4. All pre-conference and conference education is NAB-approved for NHA continuing education credits.
Cash Prizes: WHCA/WiCAL will giving away several $500 cash prizes during Conference. Three $500 Cash Prizes will be awarded via the Golden Ticket drawings during the Expo on April 3. One $500 Cash prize will be awarded at Dueling Pianos on April 3. One $500 cash prize will be awarded at the Closing Keynote on April 4. You must be present to win!
Pricing: Members: $399/person. Non-Members: $459/person. Pre-Conference Workshop: $99 for Conference Attendees or $149 for those not attending Conference. Multi-attendee discounts offered to all providers who register 6 or more attendees! Email jena@whcawical.org to receive the multi-attendee registration form. Multi attendee discounts: 6-9 attendees = $175 discount; 10-19 attendees = $350 discount; 20-29 attendees = $750 discount; 30 or more attendees = $1,250 discount

All sponsorships include onsite and digital recognition of sponsorship, including onsite signage at Conference, in Expo Pass, on the WHCA/WiCAL website and socials, and in two issues of CareConnection. Unless otherwise noted, all sponsorships include registration for two company representatives and additional reps may be registered for $399/person. If sponsorship includes a table display, the tables are 8 ft long and can be treated/set as a booth display. All sponsors will receive the Conference attendee listing, which includes name, title, company, and email address.

Venue & Accommodations
The Block at the Hyatt is Sold Out and the discounted rate has expired.
The Spring Conference education and expo will be hosted at the KI Convention Center. The KI Convention Center connects to two hotels: The Hyatt Regency and Hampton Inn. Several other hotels are within walking distance to the KI Convention Center. WHCA/WiCAL has secured a preferred rate for attendees at the Hyatt Regency, located at 333 Main Street, Green Bay, WI 54301.
To secure accommodations at the Hyatt, please click the link below. The block and rate expire on March 14th. We strongly encourage early booking – once the block sells out at the Hyatt, we will not be able to guarantee availability or pricing! The block sells out every year!
Please note: If you are not attending the pre-conference workshop, please adjust the check-in/arrival date to Wednesday, April 2. The limited block for Tuesday, April 1 is primarily reserved for the pre-conference workshop attendees.
