Conference Details & Pricing at a Glance

Conference Dates: April 2-4, 2025

Conference Location: Hyatt Regency & KI Convention Center in Green Bay

Networking & Social Events: Conference Kick-Off Party, April 2 from 4:30 – 7:00 PM in the Hyatt Atrium. Dueling Pianos, April 3 from 5 – 7:30 PM in the KY Convention Center (B1/B2).

Expo Date/Time: April 3, from 11:15 AM – 1:45 PM in Grand ABCDE on the 2nd level of the KI Convention Center

Pricing: $3,500 for All-In Partner Registration | $999 for Partners who register by January 3, 2025. The partner registration fee will increase to $1,199 on January 4, 2025 | $1,399 for Non-Partners. Late registration pricing for all registrations completed between March 13 – 26, 2025: Partners $1,399 and Non-Partners $1,599.

Sponsorship Details

All sponsorships include onsite and digital recognition of sponsorship, including onsite signage at Conference, in Expo Pass, on the WHCA/WiCAL website and socials, and in two issues of CareConnection. Unless otherwise noted, all sponsorships include registration for two company representatives and additional reps may be registered for $399/person. If sponsorship includes a table display, the tables are 8 ft long and can be treated/set as a booth display. All sponsors will receive the Conference attendee listing, which includes name, title, company, and email address.

Education Sponsorships

  • Pre-Conference Workshop $2,000 – includes staffed table display inside of session room
  • Wednesday Education $2,000 – includes staffed table display in the hallway/area between all breakout session rooms or near registration (whichever sponsor prefers) from 12:30 – 3:30 PM
  • Opening General Session: $3,000 – includes staffed table display at the entrance or inside of the General Session ballroom (whichever sponsor prefers), recognition of sponsorship during the introductions, and addition of company marketing materials in Expo Pass
  • Thursday Morning $2,000 – includes staffed table display in the hallway/area between all breakout session rooms or near registration (whichever sponsor prefers) from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Thursday Afternoon $2,000 – includes staffed table display in the hallway/area between all breakout session rooms or near registration (whichever sponsor prefers) from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
  • Closing Keynote: $3,000 – includes staffed table display inside of the closing keynote ballroom, recognition of sponsorship during the introductions, and addition of company marketing materials in Expo Pass

  • Pre-Conference Boxed Lunch $1,500 – company logo’d stickers added to each boxed lunch and registration for 1 company representative
  • Conference Lunch $5,000 – includes booth in the expo hall, company name on Golden Ticket, registration for up to four company representatives, marketing materials in Expo Pass, and table tents on each dining table
  • Closing Keynote Bloody Mary/Mimosa Bar $2,000 – includes staffed table display inside the closing keynote ballroom
  • Closing Keynote Breakfast $2,000 – includes staffed table display inside the closing keynote ballroom
  • Wednesday Break/Refreshment Sponsor $2,000 – includes staffed table display near the coffee/soda/snack area or near registration (whichever sponsor prefers) from 12:30 – 3:30 PM
